PLC国产化替代正在进入深水区。据工控网数据，2025年中国PLC市场规模约140亿元，其中中小型PLC占比约65%，大型PLC占比约35%。但市场结构仍然高度集中：西门子、三菱、欧姆龙三家合计占据约55%的市场份额，国产PLC品牌（如汇川、信捷、和利时、台达）在中小型市场快速崛起，但大型PLC领域国产化率仍不足15%。这个"深水区"，才是国产替代真正需要啃下的硬骨头。
