A two-vehicle crash Friday claimed the life of one man and one juvenile in Washington Parish, State Police said.

A tractor trailer hauling beer crashed and exploded shutting down the East bound side of the Cross Bronx Expressway. Work crews are trying to clear the scene and clear all of the cargo off the road.
